User-Centered Design: Based on user feedback, I made the new car buying process a simple and user-friendly experience.
Fast and Secure Payment Flow: I added a getirkredi (credit) feature to the payment process, so that the user can easily get a loan from banks with the assurance of Getir. By designing the payment screen in a simple and fluent language, I enabled users to pay safely and supported a fast shopping experience.
Optimized Delivery Time: Reducing delivery time and assigning a personal consultant enabled users to receive their vehicles faster and increased satisfaction.
